Process description:

The fabric is made of 21s double-yarn combed cotton compactly spun yarn, with a weight of 280g. It is matched with a 32s double-yarn flat machine 1*1 to weave ribs. The front blade embroidery is embroidered with a Tajima machine imported from Japan, and polyester-cotton mercerized embroidery thread is used. The bottom layer is padded Cold water-soluble fabric, the outer circle is surrounded by overlapping three-dimensional embroidery method, the inner letters are embroidered with short needles, and the lines are embroidered with double-needle tatami offset embroidery. The ready-made garments are washed and dissolved in water-soluble fabric. The embroidered part feels soft to the touch, and the inner layer does not cut the flesh when worn.
